Field Associates (FAs) provide our subscribers with a level of professional service, security, and trustworthiness that makes implementing an eGranary Digital Library less stressful and more successful.
FAs provide pre-sales advice, on-site installation, and hands-on training, as well as follow-up with updates, usage reporting, and ad hoc training.

Field Associate/Consultant: Nigeria
Jennifer has a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Computer Science with certifications in Computing and Business. She currently works with a Management Consulting and ICT Solutions Organization in Nigeria where she is involved in building partnerships for ICT solutions for businesses, training and capacity building activities and low cost bandwidth solutions for businesses and institutions. As a Field Associate for the eGranary Digital Library in Nigeria, she works to promote the eGranary Digital Library, works with potential partners and does on-location and off-location technical support.

Abdullahi is an Engineer and, since his university days, his life has revolved around computing and new technology. He has experience with NT Server, Win2K Server, XP, Win9X computing platforms as well as DOS. He studied networking and has experience setting up and configuring advanced TCP/IP and NT routing. As well, he is proficient in the installation and troubleshooting major LAN transports such as TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, bridges, and host gateways.
