Religious Studies Portal Feedback Survey

My name is Sherry Lochhaas and I am a graduate student at the University of Iowa. We are building a digital library collection called the Religious Studies Portal, which is a subset of the eGranary Digital Library, produced by The WiderNet Project on campus.

We invite you to participate in a research study being conducted by investigators from The University of Iowa. The purpose of the study is to learn more about building a digital library collection with patron participation through developing the Religious Studies Portal within the eGranary Digital Library.

If you agree to participate, we would like you to fill out a feedback survey about the use of the Religious Studies Portal. The survey is located online at https://survey.uiowa.edu/wsb.dll/1341/ReligiousStudiesPortal.htm

You are free to skip any questions that you prefer not to answer. It will take approximately 15 minutes and is available online for the next four weeks. You will be given the link to the Portal site in the survey.

You will be asked to provide information over the Internet. Information provided via the internet may be viewed by individuals who have access to the computers where the information is collected or stored. It is also possible that your responses could be viewed by unauthorized persons. We will use a secure web site to collect the study information and password protected computers to store the study information. The web site used to collect the study information will not collect any information about you. We will not collect your name or any identifying information about you in the survey. It will not be possible to link you to your responses on the survey.

Taking part in this research study is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to participate in this study, you may delete this email. You may end your participation at any time by closing your web browser window without submitting your survey.
