| Type of Program | Enterprise Management |
| Training Modality | This one-year workshop incorporates hands-on training, distance learning, and computer-based training. |
| Description | The challenges to planning and implementing a network can be
daunting, especially when resources and skilled staff are premiums at
most universities. This management and policy workshop helps you create a holistic and
successful Information Communication Technology (ICT) enterprise.
You will learn about all four areas of ICT progress:
Research has shown that only 30% of the
cost of a successful ICT endeavor involves the hardware, software, and network equipment
(including connectivity.) The other two-thirds include the cost of staffing and
training the end-users. This workshop teaches how to ascertain all of
these needs, from high-end technical training, to staffing, consulting,
and managing advice. With a multi-faceted approach, it is within
reach to build a network of highly trained experts at your enterprise.
