We can still use parts and pieces to upgrade their machines as well as whole computers and equipment for networking and creating multimedia. Of course, I do not need the latest and greatest gadgets: just good equipment or software that will get the job done. Any software or devices to assist in creating Web and digital images would be very useful.

Retailers: we would be willing to take returned or used items. (the more documentation you can provide, the better.)

Motherboards
Video cards
Modems
Digital cameras
Scanners
RAM
Network cards
Network hubs, routers, switches
Security cables
Tape backup units
Virtually any recent software, especially educational material or programming languages
CD databases for any discipline
CD versions of significant educational or computer support Web sites
Hardware and software books
Tutorials and training software
Power conditioning and battery backup equipment (220v system)
Assistive devices for persons with disabilities
