most universities. This management and policy workshop helps you create a holistic and
successful Information Communication Technology (ICT) enterprise.
You will learn about all four areas of ICT progress:
Research has shown that only 30% of the
cost of a successful ICT endeavor involves the hardware, software, and network equipment
(including connectivity.) The other two-thirds include the cost of staffing and
training the end-users. This workshop teaches how to ascertain all of
these needs, from high-end technical training, to staffing, consulting,
